What We Do
Initial Processing
After harvesting, the fibers are transported to our facility, where we begin by brushing (optional) them to remove impurities. We then cut the fibers to the desired length for further refinement.
Refinement
Next, the fibers undergo pre-opening to loosen their structure, followed by degumming to eliminate natural residues, resulting in cleaner fibers ready for spinning.
Final Preparation
In the final stage, we fine open the fibers to achieve optimal texture and consistency. Once they meet our quality standards, they are packaged for use as high-quality, ready-to-spin fibers.
